The two types of TEP arbor and expanding sleeve set can accommodate workpiece diameters from 12 to 55 mm
- TEP-A – Workpieces range: 12 – 25 mm / TEP-B – Workpieces range: 25 – 55 mm
- Actuation: Manual
- To cover the whole diameter range, sleeves TEP280-8 and TEP380-9 will be required or for occasional use only, use the TEP250-8 and TEP350-9 sleeves fully expanded.
- It is take for granted that every workstation where inspection and grinding takes place has a set of angle gauges and other measuring equipments
- but it should be equally obvious also to equip each such station with sets of TEP mandrels.
- Their versatility, reliability and precision make them an indispensible tool for inspection and grinding operations between centers.

Quick change of the sleeve – Easy assembly
TEPN mandrels are designed to clamp workpieces in between centrers with a flat surface on the arbor for a driving system.
- Workpieces range: 5,5 mm – 79,7 mm
- Expansibility: 0,5 – 1 mm / Attachment: In between centers or by chuck
- Actuation: Manual
- The workpiece is clamped by tightening the sleeve with the knurled ring.
- The movement of the sleeve ensures that the workpiece is clamped tightly in the axis position on the workstop.

- Workpieces range: 8 – 235 mm
- Expansibility: 1,5 – 5 mm / Fixation : Entre-pointes
- Actuation: Manual
- Monter la pièce sur le milieu de la douille, déplacer l’ensemble pièce et douille jusqu’à un léger coincement.
- Frapper l’arbre conique côté gros Ø pour un coincement plus important
- Frapper l’arbre sur le petit Ø en tenant l’ensemble pièce/douille dans la main

- The workpiece is positioned axially either by a locator or a spacer. Turning, milling, grinding and inspection.
